Using an interval timer, this class will be a combination of mat-based and standing exercises, it's a sure fired way to get those Abdominal and Oblique muscles fired up.

The class is open to everyone regardless of fitness level. However, these classes contain various planks and if you suffer with back issues this may cause some further stress to your back.
