Body Blaster is a 30 minute class using just your bodyweight.


Using a combination of cardio and strength exercises this class will leave you feeling with that post glow workout, get those happy hormones pumping around your body and set you up for the day ahead.


This class is open to all regardless of fitness level, as each exercise is performed over a timed interval (with breaks) therefore you go at your own pace. Each exercise is demonstrated and Laurs ensures your form is correct throughout the class.
