Before committing to any sessions, you will be offered a free consultation so you can meet your me, ask any questions you may have and to make sure I am the right for you.
A variety of sessions are available for women, this can be in the comfort of your own home and at the Private Studio in the heart of Douglas Town Centre.
Monthly Class Pass:-
6 classes a week, all morning classes are delivered via zoom. The lunchtime classes are offered in person but can also be streamed to you. The classes are designed to give you the best workout, with correct form in 30 minutes.
Recommended 12 weeks, working together we will build healthier and positive habits as well as improve your fitness. With weekly check ins and you being held accountable, I will help improve your fitness, change your mindset and drop that dress size. Weekly check in’s will be arranged to ensure you are doing your part and to address any concerns you may have.
In-Person Personal Training Sessions:-
In the private studio, this is for ladies who need the extra guidance or just prefer face to face sessions.

I will get to know you first then create a program just right for you. I will coach you, push you, and encourage you through every step.
All sessions are personalised to you, and you alone!
You'll be given all the support and education you need to start your transformation lifestyle.
Nutritional guidance and support, as well as exclusive daily content created by Quantum Nutrition.
Support is given to you throughout the entire relationship and after.
You will be guided and educated on every exercise.
Workouts are customised to suit your needs and level.
You'll be challenged appropriately for your level and capabilities.
You'll be held accountable to following through with the program created for you.
You'll be guided, corrected, and perfected on your form on every exercise.
Your progress will be tracked in detail and kept in a secure location.
If what you're doing isn't working, I'll change it.
If you don't show up, I'll chase you.
