Upper Cut &
Upper Cut & Lunch Lunges are both 30 minute upper body & lower body sculpting classes.
Sculpting classes use Kettlebells, Barbells, exercise bands or dumbbells, or a combination of these weights.
You perform traditional weight-training moves in a class setting, the weight-training exercises are easy to learn and put little impact on the joints, unlike high-impact cardio workouts
These classes are open to all regardless of your fitness level. All you need to do is come along wearing your gym workout gear and with a bottle of water and be prepared to put in the effort. All exercises will be demonstrated beforehand.
The benefits of attending sculpting classes not only help strengthen your muscles, but helps to protect your bones, as well. The benefits of building lean, but strong, muscles include bone health, tissue health, and can help reduce your risk of injury throughout life. During the class, participants will burn calories and fat, while increasing their overall metabolism through the simple act of building lean muscle.
